About COMMB
COMMB is the national not-for-profit organization for the Canadian out-of-home (OOH) industry. Our membership base is comprised of advertisers, agencies, programmatic tech-stacks and OOH companies, large and small. COMMB is responsible for the collective marketing and measurement efforts for the OOH industry, developing proprietary audience measurement methodologies for a variety of OOH media formats and ensuring the voice of OOH is at the forefront of media via broad marketing and communications initiatives.

AdAi - Where Tech Meets Creative
COMMB is excited to have launched and host the annual AdAi Conference in Toronto! This event is designed to open up meaningful dialogues around the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in OOH advertising.
Community Report
COMMB members are proud to support their communities! In 2021, despite the unprecedented changes and uncertainties faced across industries, OOH companies continued to prioritize important initiatives with over $67 million in pro-bono advertising space to charities, cultural and other not-for-profit organizations, and community events across Canada. These campaigns helped hundreds of organizations increase awareness of their services, recruit volunteers and raise funds for their cause.
MADD Campaign
In this industry led initiative by COMMB, some of our members joined forces to support MADD Canada in spreading this important message to the public. Over 150 billboards across the country featured messaging and images encouraging the public to prevent impaired driving and plan a sober ride home. The billboards were donated to MADD Canada and messaging could be seen running leading up to each Canadian long weekend.
